Based in Philadelphia, RBS is a non-profit educational firm serving educators principally in the mid-Atlantic region. The Evaluation Services unit conducts large and small-scale evaluations, including survey design and development, document review and analysis, individual and group interviewing, focus groups, on-site observations, and student achievement (e.g., standardized and portfolio) analysis. The unit provides prompt and clear feedback to clients in a variety of formats, such as written reports, oral presentations, and debriefing sessions with stakeholders. All services are tailored to the needs of the client and provided in partnership with the client to assure the evaluation results are relevant and useful.
The Research Associate II position requires prior experience in both quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods. The position reports to the Director of Evaluation.
The anticipated starting salary range is $44,000 to $55,000 depending on experience; excellent benefits are provided.
