The collection of papers in this new book asserts that the solution to the "at-risk problem" demands school changes that are validly "restructuring"; that only if schools are changed in a broad and powerful way can they truly serve all students. Through the work of a dozen authors, the book defines the concepts and explores component issues with the maturity of understanding made possible by years of work.
