Applying the lens of cognitive science to existing middle school science curricula in an effort to improve student learning of science
On April 2, 2011, RBS was represented at the 2011 annual meeting of American Educational Research Association by staff member Ning Rui, who presented the paper, "An empirical comparison of genetic matching and propensity score matching for covariate adjustment." Mr. Rui's paper was presented as part of the symposium titled, "Propensity Score Analysis: Current Issues and New Developments," which was sponsored by AERA's Division D: Measurement and Research Methodology.
